Payment Information
The Sneaker Store accepts online payments with Visa/Dankort, Mastercard, and MobilePay. Payment will only be deducted from your account once the physical item has been shipped or the virtual product has been created, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.
For payments made with Visa Electron and Mastercard Debit (debit cards), the amount will be reserved on your account according to the terms of your card provider until we either process or decline the payment.
All prices on our website include VAT.
All sneakers sold on www.thesneakerstore.dk are subject to the used goods VAT scheme, while all other products are sold under standard VAT regulations.
Our website uses the following currency for pricing:
- Denmark – Danish Kroner (DKK)
- Europe - Euro (EUR)
The Sneaker Store uses a secure payment server that encrypts all data with SSL protocol, ensuring that your information remains safe and inaccessible to third parties.
Delivery
The package time for your order is 1-2 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Delivery area: Delivery in Europe is through UPS
The Sneaker Store ships goods with UPS Worldwide for parcel shop & home delivery.
You will always receive a tracking number, so you can follow your package from our warehouse and home to you.
Right of Withdrawal & Returns
How to Return an Item
We offer free returns on all sneakers. For all other products, a return fee of 40 DKK applies, which must be paid through the link below.

Return Conditions – Please Read Before Returning
We will not accept a return if:
The items do not appear new and unworn.
The 30-day return period has expired.
The items are not properly packaged.
The items have been exposed to smoke or other odors.
Tags or labels are removed or damaged.
You are responsible for any reduction in the value of the product caused by handling beyond what is necessary to determine the product’s nature, features, and function. This means you may try the item on as you would in a physical store, but excessive wear will affect your refund eligibility.
When returning an item, all included accessories (such as extra laces, bracelets, chains, etc.) must be returned as well. Additionally, the packaging (including the shoebox, tissue paper, and inserts) must be intact, as the packaging is considered a significant part of the product within the sneaker industry.
If the item has been used beyond what is described above, it will be considered used and of reduced value. In such cases, you may only receive a partial refund or none at all. The final assessment of the item’s condition will be made by The Sneaker Store.
Important: We do not take responsibility for items that are damaged, lost, or stolen during return shipping, as this is beyond our control.
We also recommend returning the sneakers in a shipping box similar to the one they were delivered in to prevent damage to the original shoebox, which must remain intact when returned.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, you must place a new order and return the original item.
Please note that prices for exclusive sneakers may change over time. We cannot guarantee that an item will have the same price across different sizes. In most cases, our products increase in value over time. You can read more about this on our page about sneakers in the resale market.
Refunds
We have a processing time of 10 business days from the moment we receive your return until it is fully processed. Once your return has been handled, you will receive an email confirmation of your refund. The refunded amount will appear in your bank account within 4 business days.

You are always welcome to contact us via email. We strive to respond to all inquiries within 3 business days.
Unclaimed packages
We deduct 5 EUR to cover return shipping in case you do not pick up your sent package.
Right of Complaint
All products come with a 2-year warranty in accordance with Danish consumer law. The warranty covers all defects related to software, materials, and manufacturing.
If you wish to file a complaint regarding defects or issues with a product, you must notify The Sneaker Store via our contact form here within a reasonable timeframe after receiving the item. A maximum period of two months is considered reasonable unless otherwise agreed. We will reimburse reasonable shipping costs related to the complaint.
The warranty does not cover damages caused by incorrect or improper use of the product.
The Sneaker Store covers return shipping costs within a reasonable scope. However, we do not accept returns sent as cash on delivery (COD).

We do not resell or share your personal data with third parties. Your information is stored solely in our customer database, and you can request deletion of your data at any time.

Your personal data is registered with The Sneaker Store and stored for up to five years, after which it is deleted.
