We have chosen to handle exchanges this way at The Sneaker Store because it is the fastest and most efficient method to get the correct item to you.

We typically process returns within 2 business days after receiving them at our warehouse.

Once your return has been processed, you will receive a return confirmation via email.

Your refund will then be issued via the original payment method within 1-3 business days.

Please note that prices may vary depending on size and model. This means that the size you wish to exchange for may be more expensive or cheaper than the one you originally ordered.
