If your sneakers have manufacturing defects or similar issues, you are welcome to submit a claim through our contact page.

How the Process Works

Submit a request via our contact page, stating that you wish to file a defect on your product. Include your order number and a detailed description of the issue you are experiencing. Attach clear photos of the defect, taken in good lighting and from multiple angles. We will assess the images to determine whether the issue falls under warranty regulations. If we confirm a manufacturing defect, we will provide you with a return shipping label, and you will need to send the item in for inspection. Final assessment of the defect will be made upon physical inspection of the product.

Important Information: Please note that wear and tear, damages, or defects caused by improper use do not qualify for a claim.
