At The Sneaker Store, you are always guaranteed the best price! We offer a price match guarantee on all products at the time of purchase. This means that if you find the same item at a lower price from one of our competitors in Europe, we will match the price.
Terms of use
In order for the price guarantee to apply, the compared items must be of the same brand, model and size. In addition, the item must be in stock at the European competitor and be available at the stated price.
When we match prices against our competitors, we match the product price directly. In order to use the price guarantee, we require documentation that the lower price is valid with the competitor. The documentation can be in the form of a screenshot or similar.
We match prizes when:
- The item is in stock and/or can be purchased from one of our European competitors
- The items being compared are identical. This includes the same brand, appearance and size
- The above can be documented with a picture/screenshot of the competitor's webshop
We do not match prizes when:
- The item is sold out at the other retailer
- The item is advertised as an opening offer
- The item is sold by/on a second-hand retailer or platform
- The item is sold by a retailer not registered in the Europe with VAT-number.
