At The Sneaker Store, we have gathered the world's most exclusive and rare sneakers. We live and breathe sneakers, and over the past many years we have spent all our time and energy building a business concept that makes it easy for you to get exactly the sneaker you want. You are therefore 100% guaranteed that all rules and conditions that apply to running a webshop in Denmark are followed by our company to the letter.
You may have noticed that we always have all models and different colored sneakers available, that prices can vary from size to size and that they are never sold out. This is because, unlike other regular sneaker webshops, we do not deal directly with Adidas, Nike, New Balance, Jordan Brand, etc. but with specialized after-sales companies that hold large stocks of the models we offer.
In the following sections you will read much more about how our business is structured, where we source our goods from, why there are longer delivery times on some items, why there are price differences between individual sneakers and sizes and how we select sneakers for the shop.
Since the 2000s, we in the owner group have collected all kinds of sneakers. Everything from ordinary sneakers to the rarest and most exclusive, which cost on the other side of 2.000 EUR. Through our passion, we have built up a huge and strong network of suppliers that we can source from. As described above, we do not work directly with Adidas, Nike, New Balance, etc. but operate in an after-sales market just like companies that sell exclusive watches, wine and art.
Our global supplier network enables our purchasing team to collaborate daily with a wide range of trusted partners across Europe, the USA, and Asia. This allows us to continuously source and offer the most exclusive sneakers, ensuring our customers always have access to the latest and most sought-after releases.
Our business would be referred to as a reseller. The description reseller can have a negative connotation, but it basically means that we are not the first link where the product is sold. For example, the product may have been sold first from Nike to one of our suppliers before it ends up in our hands. That being said, we of course provide a 100% guarantee that all the products we sell are original and come from an official factory. This can also be confirmed by our many thousands of existing customers.
The delivery time for each item and size is determined by whether we have the item in stock at one of our physical warehouse locations in Denmark, or if it is an item we have to order from one of our partners.
If the item is in stock with us in Denmark, you will have same-day delivery Monday-Friday.
If the item is not in stock with us in Denmark, the delivery time will be stated with one of the delivery time intervals below.
5-10 business days
5-14 business days
5-21 business days
Delivery times are defined based on where in the world the item needs to be ordered from and how rare it is. The rarer the item is, the longer it takes to get the item ordered to our warehouse. For example, there are products that are only released in the US or Asia, which is why they have to be ordered from there and thus have a longer delivery time than if a product is ordered from a European supplier.
Under normal circumstances, our purchasing team has purchased your item(s) within 2 business days after which the item is shipped from the supplier.
Important: The delivery time for each product and size is always stated immediately after the “add to cart” button on the product page. Remember to select the size you would like to order to see the delivery time.
As previously described, we do not purchase goods directly from Nike, Adidas, New Balance, Jordan Brand, etc. but from after-sales companies where the purchase prices of the goods move like prices on the stock market. Essentially, our pricing is driven by supply and demand. If supply or demand for a given product changes, it will have a knock-on effect on our prices. The prices on our webshop are generally governed by what our purchase price is from our suppliers. Prices can therefore also vary down to the size level, which is why you may experience a price difference between sizes 40 and 41, for example.
Ultimately, it is our purchase price from our suppliers that determines the selling price on the shop.
If demand is high or increases for a product or size, our suppliers' prices increase and we are forced to raise the price of a given product or size.
If demand decreases for a product or size, our suppliers' prices will decrease accordingly and we will lower our prices to ensure that you as a customer get the product at the lowest possible price.
If the supply of an item increases through a relaunch, the price will decrease as there are more pairs of the exclusive item available on the market, and if the supply decreases, the price will increase if there is still demand for the item.
For example, supply decreases continuously as people use the item, so over time there will be fewer new and unused sneakers available worldwide.
As soon as a sneaker is no longer available on regular sneaker webshops, we add it to our inventory. However, you may sometimes find certain sizes or models at lower prices on mainstream sneaker retailers. This does not mean that the sneaker is not rare or exclusive—it simply means you have come across it at the right time, either shortly after its online release or during a restock.
Some sneakers are already known to be highly limited even before their official release date, making them difficult for the average consumer to obtain. That’s why we list them in our store ahead of their official launch, ensuring that you can secure your pair on release day, even if it’s not physically stocked in our Danish warehouses.
In some cases, our supplier network gains early access to certain sneakers before their official release. This means that in rare instances, you may be able to purchase an unreleased sneaker from us before it has officially dropped.
